Customer Reviews
Birthday cake experience
I got a Schokoladentorte for my husband's birthday. The selection of designs was great, and I found a classic one easily. Delivery was on the exact date I picked. The cake itself was delicious, very rich and moist. My only minor point was that the cream on top was a tiny bit smudged on one side, probably from transit. It wasn't a huge deal, but something to note. Customer service was not needed, so I can't speak to that. Overall, I was satisfied with the purchase and the taste of the cake, it was a good experience.
Good price, nice cake
I ordered a Geburtstagstorte for my daughter's party. I signed up for the newsletter and got a 10 Euro discount, which was a nice saving. The total price felt fair for a custom cake. It arrived on time and looked just like the picture. Overall, it was a good value for what I paid.
Decent service, minor delivery issue
I ordered a custom Motivtorte for a friend's birthday. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, letting me pick the design and delivery date easily. The cake arrived on the specified day, but the box was slightly dented on one side. Luckily, the cake inside, a Superheldentorte, was still intact and looked good. The quality of the cake itself was excellent, very fresh and tasty. I contacted customer service about the dented box, and they responded quickly, offering a small credit for future use, which was a good gesture. It was a solid experience but the packaging could be a bit more robust for shipping.

hey, trying to figure out if these cakes are legit or just pretty pictures. has anyone ordered from traumtorten before, like for a birthday?
Can you actually get these delivered on a specific day? I need a cake for an event on a Saturday, not before, not after.
planning a big office party. do they do any kind of discount if I'm ordering like, five custom cakes with our company logo?
Are these cakes really fresh when they arrive? How do they keep them from going bad during shipping?
Does anyone know if their vegan options are any good? I'm trying to find something for a friend with dietary restrictions but still want it to be tasty.
